Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

free skincare cocktail bar great location
I really appreciated this hotel. The free skincare products provided were a good addition. The free snacks and cocktail bar went beyond my expectations. Its proximity to various restaurants, shops, coffee shops and metro stations enhanced my overall experience.
Only one elevator for the entire building caused long waiting times. I found myself waiting for an extended period to go up or down, especially during peak hours.

Excellent Stay Near Akihabara Station

The hotel was very clean overall. The staff were helpful. I found a quiet location on a side street near Akihabara station. Free toiletries were available. I appreciated the choice of pillow softness.
The lift servicing the whole accommodation meant a very long waiting time.
Rooms

slow lift late night noise
The lift service was shockingly slow. i found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time, especially during peak hours. this was frustrating when i needed to get down quickly. also, i had some issues with noise from neighboring rooms. Loud singing late at night disrupted my sleep.

a decent hotel

comfortable bed big tv small room cramped shower
the staff was respectful and helpful. (i appreciate that a lot!) the room was nice and it had a comfortable bed and a big tv. the location is super convenient, just around the corner from the heart of the district and its station.
the room was so small i couldn't even open the suitcase fully. the window is for a ventilation pier and not for the outside. shower was also cramped (it really was!).
